Membership in this Association shall be open to corporations, organizations
and individuals involved in the field of wound care and/or hyperbaric oxygen therapy such as product
manufacturers or distributors, providers of clinical services, management companies, or medical facilities.
There shall be three classes of membership: Class A Regular Member; Class B Associate Member;
Class C Contributing Member. A single corporation, organization or individual may purchase up to three memberships in any class.
The rights of a Class A member shall include;
- Eligibility to serve as an officer of the Association.
- The right to serve on committees.
- The right to appoint one member to the Board of Directors for each membership purchased.
- The right to appoint one voting member to the Board of Directors for each membership purchased whose
vote shall be counted by a factor of four.
- The right to receive all information and communications from the Association on its activities.
- Minimum annual dues for Class A members shall be $12,000 per year, payable quarterly in advance.
The rights of a Class B Associate Member shall include;
- The right to appoint one voting member to the Board of Directors whose vote shall be counted by a factor of one.
- The right to serve on committees.
- The right to appoint two representatives from the member organization to represent it at meetings of the members.
- The right to nominate officers for the Association.
- The right to receive all information and communications from the Association on its activities.
- Minimum annual dues for Class B members shall be $2,500 per year, payable semi-annually in advance.
The rights of a Class C Contributing Member shall include;
- The right to serve on committees.
- The right to attend all meeting of the Board of Directors on a non-voting basis.
- The right to receive all information and communications from the Association on its activities.
- Minimum dues for Class C members shall be $1,250 per year payable semi-annually in advance.
